Allen & J.D. Dryzal
Licensed Associate & Office Manager
Allen & J.D. joined the Rapoch Funeral Home family in July, 2014. They brought with them, over 17 years’ experience, from West Central Pennsylvania. With an Associate’s Degree in specialized business from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, Allen also realized early on, the importance of being a great listener, & paying the utmost attention to detail. His loss of a cousin at a young age, is what motivated Allen to pursue his career in the funeral industry. He watched the director take painstaking care of his family, on their worst day. It was with that same conviction, that he vowed to give families the very best he had to offer. As with his ordination as a minister, he creates celebrations of life, reflecting the legacy of your loved one, when they do not have a religious affiliation.
As the granddaughter of a director, J.D. also learned at a young age, the compassion and care it takes to get a family through the process. She has made it her passion to, provide families with the most innovative products available, to pay lasting tributes to the families they serve. With Associate’s Degrees from Gannon University, and Harrisburg Community College, she has acclimated the Louis J Rapoch Funeral Home into the twenty-first century with advanced technology, & contemporary ideas.
Allen & J.D. are Advanced Planning Counselors for the funeral home. They are partnered with Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance Company®, the #1 final expense company in the nation. When you wish to remove the emotional & financial burden from your family of carrying out your final arrangements, they will assist you with that endeavor.
Allen & J.D. are members of Christ the King Parish, St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Archbald, with Allen as a seasonal member of the maintenance staff. They too, are seen as well, standing along side Louis, at the potato pancake fryers during the annual church picnic, & working the St Francis Kitchen's lunch at St Thomas Aquinas on Tuesdays.
