Ursula Villota

Ursula Villota, 91 of Archbald, passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home on Monday, April 11 in the arms of her loving family.  She was the caring wife of the late, Dionisio Villota.

Born in the Philippines, she was the daughter of the late, Petro and Paula Sembrano Villenueva.  Ursula was a school teacher and taught 3rd and 4rth graders in her home country prior to her arrival to the USA.  She educated children on honorable and respected principles and they followed her examples. She was a hardworking individual, generous and caring.  Prior to her illness, Ursula dedicated her time as a caregiver.    

Surviving are a devoted daughter, Lilah and husband, David, Archbald; Five Sons, Ray and wife, Rosie; Napoleon and wife, Chanda; Cristobal and wife, Beth; Danielo and wife, Milo; and Sonny; and Nineteen Grandchildren.

Ursula’s memorial services were privately held with her immediate family.  Mass of Christian Burial  will be celebrated at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Peckville at 12 noon on Saturday, April 15, 2023 officiated by Reverend Mark DeCelles.
