Natalie Pezak, 91 of Archbald, died at Saber Health Care Center, Sturges. She was the loving wife of Fred T. Pezak who died in 2004.
Born in Carbondale, she was the daughter of the late Dominick and Agnes Miles Arlauskas. Natalie was a faithful member of Christ the King Parish, St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Archbald. Prior to her illness, she worked in the garment industry and then shared her originality and talent as a cook for the Weldwood Lounge, Eynon. She was a hardworking individual, generous and caring. She had a genuine smile and always extended a sincere hand to help others in need.
Surviving are a caring son, Joseph and wife, Kathy of Archbald; a daughter Arlene Spozarsky and husband, Michael, Surfside Beach, S.C; 3 Grandchildren, Jessica, Sarah and husband Mike, and David; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceeded in death by a brother, Edward Arlauskas, and sisters, Mary Van Ness and Helen Rushworth.
Natalie was a kind and very private woman and because of her wishes, memorial services will be privately held with her immediate family. Burial at Holy Ghost Cemetery, Jessup, with a blessing officiated by Deacon Ed Kelly.
Natalie loved animals. Donations can be made in her name to Griffin Pond Animal Shelter.
