Mary Ryczak, MD

Mary Ryczak, MD, 66, Peckville, died peacefully on Wednesday evening, May 4 at home.

A graduate of Valley View High School, Wilkes College, and Hahnemann Medical College, Mary completed her residency at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA, and an Infectious Disease Fellowship at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA.  Previously, she had been an Infectious Disease physician in Scranton.

Services were privately held on Tuesday, May 10, pursuant to Mary’s wishes.  Inurnment at Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church Mausoleum, Dickson City, with a blessing by Monsignor Patrick Pratico.
