It is with great sadness to announce the death of Marcus-Kai Wessner, 46, of Archbald who died on Sunday, May 28, 2023 at his home. He was a son of Peter and Theresa Aiello Wessner.
Born in Kiel-Germany, he was a graduate of Valley View High School. Marcus was a Certified Factory Authorized Suzuki Mechanic, having attended the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Orlando, Florida. He also attended Penn Tech in Williamsport, Pa. Marcus was employed at Azek Building Products, Scranton and also held positions at Advanced Auto as a Truck Driver and Denny’s of Scranton. A member of the Ambrose Revels Chapter #328, American Legion Riders, Archbald and to St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Archbald. He enjoyed entertaining dialogs with his friends and whenever possible riding his motorcycle. He had a special way to get you to smile and lived life to the fullest.
Also surviving is his sister, Natasha and husband, Rick Gerrish, Groton Ct. and his nieces, Madison and Natalie.
A memorial service will take place at the Louis J. Rapoch Funeral Home, 420 Church St. Archbald at 3:30 pm on Saturday, August 5, 2023 with Rev. Nestor Soto, Cornerstone Alliance Church, Dickson City, presiding. Family will receive condolences from 2 to 4pm. Sons of the American Legion Riders will be in attendance.
