Joseph L. Falkowski

Joseph L. Falkowski, 80, of Jermyn, died at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore.  He was the loving husband to Eileen Fairburn Falkowski.  They were married for over 58 joyous years.

Joe was the son to the late, Felix (Phillip) and Nellie Vosefski Falkowski.  A graduate of Archbald High School, Class of 1961 and before retirement, he was employed at Metropolitan Life Insurance as a salesman and also a member of Lives Changed by Christ Church (LCBC), Dickson City.  In 1962 to 1966, Joe served his country in the US Air Force and later following his honorable discharge he joined the 109th Infantry Pennsylvania National Guard.  He loved the outdoors and took pleasure in hunting and fishing and was a faithful member of the Browndale Sportsman Club.     

In addition to his wife, Eileen, he is survived by his son, Joseph P. Falkowski, Archbald; a daughter, Pamela Ealo and husband, Bruno, Scott Township; grandchildren, Bruno Joseph Ealo and Gracie Ealo and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 25th from 3 to 5 PM at the Louis J. Rapoch Funeral Home, 420 Church St. Archbald.  Pastor Alex Sanchez from LCBC Church will perform A Celebration of Life.  Military Honors by Shopa Davey VFW Post 6082, Peckville at 5 PM.
