Jeanne Arnese, 77, a resident of Dickson City, died Saturday  in Carbondale Nursing and Rehab Center. She was the wife of Joseph Arnese. They had been married 33 years.
Born in Carbondale, she was a daughter of the late James E. and Monica L. Crimmins Scriven.
Jeanne attended Carbondale schools and was a graduate of Benjamin Franklin  High School. She was a faithful member of Christ the King Parish, and before retirement was an executive secretary for the State of Pennsylvania Workman's Compensation and Insurance  Board.
She enjoyed knitting and walking. Her late Westie " Holly " was her ultimate joy in life.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in the spring at St. Thomas's Aquinas Church, Archbald. Inurnment will be in Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Twp.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Louis J. Rapoch Funeral Home, Archbald.  To offer condolences, visit the funeral home website .
