Mary Ann (Wall) Benitez

Mary Ann (Wall) Benitez, 80, Eynon, passed away peacefully, from complications of I.T.P., Tuesday evening at Regional Hospital of Scranton, with her family by her side. Her husband of 58 years is Thomas F Benitez.

Born Saturday, November 28, 1936, in Olyphant, she was a daughter of the late John & Mary (Yadlowsky) Wall. Mary Ann was a graduate of Olyphant High School. She loved quilting and quilt stamping, flea markets, and bingo.

Mary Ann is also survived by her sons Francis J Benitez, Eynon, and Thomas M Benitez, Peckville; her grandson Kenneth Benitez, Jessup; her brother Edward Wall, Whiteville, N.C., her sister Romaine Musgrave, Ogden, Ut., and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers Eugene Wall, and Albert Wall; and her sisters Pauline Janowski, Irene Anderson, and Eleanor Przbylkowski.

Prayer service with Father Christopher S Sahd, Christ the King Parish, will be Monday, at 5:30 p.m. at the Louis J Rapoch Funeral Home, 420 Church Street, Archbald, with the family receiving friends afterwards from 6 to 8 p.m.
