Ann Elizabeth (Ratchford) Kryzwiec

Ann Elizabeth Kryzwiec, Archbald, passed away peacefully, Saturday evening, July 28, 2018 at Allied Services. She was the wife of the late Andrew M. Krzywiec, who passed Jan. 27, 1997.

Born in Archbald, Ann was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Ratchford. She was a graduate of Archbald High School and a member of Christ the King Parish, St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Archbald. Before retirement, Ann was a seamstress with local dress factories. She was an excellent cook who looked forward to Sunday dinners with her family. She enjoyed bingo and playing card games with her friends. Ann had exceptional embroidery skills, and loved nothing more than spending time with her beloved grandchildren.

Surviving are a son, Stephen and his wife, Julie (Gerrity) Krzywiec, Archbald; grandchildren, Noah and Carly; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ann was also preceded in death by her sister, Mary Helen Walsh.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at Christ the King Parish, St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 429 Church St., Archbald, with interment to follow at St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery.

Friends may call from 8 to 9 a.m. at the Louis J. Rapoch Funeral Home, 420 Church St., Archbald.
